ST-FRANÇOIS D’ASSISE ET BISHOP STEWART MEMORIAL
Samedi le 17 septembre prochain, de 10 h à 17 h, se tiendra une journée
« nettoyage » des pierres tombales des cimetières St-François D’Assise et Bishop
Stewart Memorial. Le nettoyage nécessite quelques brosses, du savon à vaisselle
et une chaudière pour l’eau. À noter qu’en cas de pluie, l’activité sera reportée
aux mêmes heures le samedi suivant, soit le 24 septembre.
La Société croit important d’entretenir l’endroit où reposent nos ancêtres et
parents bien-aimés et toute la famille est invitée à y participer. Venez en grand
nombre et apportez votre pique-nique!Saturday, September 17th between 10 am and 5 pm, there will be a day of cleaning the stones in both the St-François d’Assise Cemetery and the Bishop Stewart Memorial Church Cemetery. Cleaning will necessitate the use of brushes, dish liquid and a water bucket. Take note that, in case of rain, the activity will be postponed until Saturday, September 24th, same time. The organization believes it is important to maintain the resting places of our ancestors and much loved family members and the whole family is invited to participate. Come in full force and bring your picnic lunch.
